Negotiations Update – August 3, 2026

As of 4:15 a.m. MT on August 3, 2026, the WestJet Mainline Bargaining Committee and the Company have reached a Tentative Agreement. Members can expect additional information regarding the agreement, information sessions, and the ratification process in the coming days.

Throughout the final stages of bargaining, the Committee dedicated its full attention to negotiations, spending long hours at the bargaining table to secure improvements for WestJet Cabin Personnel. We thank members for their patience, solidarity, and support throughout this process.

With a Tentative Agreement now reached, the focus shifts from negotiations to member review and ratification. The Bargaining Committee is working to prepare materials that will allow members to fully understand the proposed agreement before casting their vote.

This tracker will continue to be updated as information becomes available. Members are encouraged to monitor official Union communication channels for updates regarding ratification timelines, voting procedures, and agreement details.
